If you are seeking help for substance abuse you can schedule a substance abuse assessment  with Kristin Dickie, MA, LPC, LCAS, CSI​.  at Silver Lining Counseling​. She is located in the same office suite as Dr. Melvin. The purpose of the assessment is to determine the most appropriate treatment plan to meet your needs. That may include counseling and medication. If it is determined that medication assisted treatment would be beneficial then you can schedule an appointment with Dr. Melvin.
